Description
This little recipe is one of my new favorite smoothies for when I want some extra glow! With a refreshing berry limeade flavor it will not only leave your taste buds happy but also your skin.
Ingredients
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
big tbsp coconut milk
1tbsp chia seeds
one scoop collagen powder (or whatever your own collagen recommends)
1/2 lime juice
200ml almond milk
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth!
Notes
Depending on your own preference you can add more or less almond milk to reach your desired consistency. I usually make sure almost all the ingredients are covered in milk and then you will have a creamy thicker consistency.
