Description

This “glow from within” smoothie is easy, healthy and perfect for anyone who wants some quick skin boosting fuel.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 250ml Almond Milk (adjust to your own preference)
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1tbsp flax seeds
  • 1tbsp chia seeds
  • 1tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 date

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

If you don’t have a high speed blender make sure to blend the spinach and almond milk first to avoid chunks.
