How To Make A Skin Boosting Smoothie

Add all ingredients to a blender along with your favorite skin boosting foods and blend together.

Tips For A Skin Boosting Powerhouse Smoothie:

2. Banana: Bananas are rich in skin-loving vitamin C, which stimulates collagen production, and potassium that keeps your skin well-hydrated. Their natural sweetness adds a delicious touch without the need for refined sugars.

  • 250ml Almond Milk (adjust to your own preference)
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1tbsp flax seeds
  • 1tbsp chia seeds
  • 1tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 date

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

If you don’t have a high speed blender make sure to blend the spinach and almond milk first to avoid chunks.
