Are you ready to blossom into who you really are? The best version of yourself, someone who loves themselves, takes care of themselves and crushes all their 2024 goals? Then this challenge is made for you! The 30 Day Blossom Challenge is here to guide you through a 30 day restart that will leave you empowered and ready to conquer all your 2024 goals.

Day 1: Write Down All Your Goals For The New Year

The first step in your 2024 glow up journey is to get things CLEAR. Achieving goals can be challenging, especially when you don’t have a clear vision of them in your mind. A lack of clarity can turn our goals into vague dreams and soon life will happen to us and we will have forgotten all about them until the next new year comes around!

To overcome this challenge, we will start of with one of the most important steps. Writing down a huge list of all your goals and dreams for 2024. We will get things out of our heads and onto paper so we can free up some mental space and de clutter our minds! By doing this we tell our brain that our goals are not just desires but concrete plans. This way we are more likely to take action and in turn achieve our goals!

THE BLOSSOM BRAINSTORM.

Step 1. CREATE A QUIET SPACE. Find a quiet and comfortable space where you can focus without distractions. This can be a cozy corner in your room, your favorite spot in the library, in the car while being the passenger princess.. whatever feels good for you!

Step 2: GRAB YOUR TOOLS. Get your journal, the notes app in your phone or your computer -whatever medium feels most natural to you. Make sure it’s something you use often so your list will be easier to review later on!

Step 3: SET A TIME LIMIT. Give yourself a dedicated amount of time for this blossom brainstorm session. I recommend 15 minutes to 30 minutes. But it could even be an hour, depending on what suits your schedule.

Step 4. BEGIN FREE WRITING. Dive deep into your desires. What are your goals for this new year? What aspects of your life do you want to transform? Start writing down every goal, dream, and aspiration that pops up in your mind. Don’t judge yourself or think about what other people want for you. This is a time to focus on only yourself and what you truly want.

Step 5. CATEGORIZE YOUR GOALS. Review your list of goals and think about the different categories you can have goals in. Here are some examples: health and wellness, finance, mindset / mental, self-care, self-love, aesthetic goals, relationships and school/career. Now don’t overwhelm yourself! This is just a list of all your desires, dreams and goals. It’s good to have things clear but goals can change and you don’t have to achieve ALL of them this year. During the challenge we will sort through them so you are left with the most important ones to you!

Step 6. REFLECT AND WRITE. After categorizing your goals most of the time new ideas or desires pop up in your mind that you didn’t think about first. Take this time to analyze your list, look at each area and add any new goals that come to mind!

Step 7. VISUALIZE. Close your eyes and imagine yourself a year from now having reached each and every one of your goal in 2024. What does it feel like? What does it look like? This visualization can serve as a powerful motivator so make sure not to skip this step how silly it may feel! Get rid of any goals that don’t inspire you or make you feel like you’re on cloud nine.

For inspiration take a look at these examples for new year goals! Make sure to only look at these after having written down your own desires and goals first.

By now, you’ve crafted a massive (or maybe not so massive and that’s fine too!) list of your dreams and desires. This collection of aspirations is the foundation for your journey to blossom in 2024. It’s normal for the list to seem extensive and perhaps a bit overwhelming. Acknowledge the courage it took to articulate your desires and be proud of yourself for taking this first step. On Day Two we will look deeper into this list so make sure to keep it safe so you can review it the next upcoming days!
